 Garden party–inspired formal attire—bring on the color! We welcome bright hues and bold patterns, paired with polished, dressy looks suited to an outdoor celebration. For men, suits are suggested (any color); for women, we recommend formal or tea-length dresses. Please find a collection of inspirational images below for reference. 

 The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Riviera Mansion.

 The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors in the garden, followed by an indoor reception. While guests will walk along paved pathways, much of the evening will be spent on the lawn. For comfort and ease of movement, we kindly recommend avoiding stilettos or other narrow heels. 

 We adore your children but have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a night off with us! 

 As much as we would love to be able to share our day with everyone, we are adhering to the guest limit at our venue, and we can only host those listed on your invitation. Those invited to join us for our big day will have their name listed on the invitation and / or on our RSVP form on our website. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 We will not be providing transportation for guests during the wedding weekend. All events—including the ceremony, reception, and welcome party—will take place in downtown Santa Barbara and are conveniently located within walking distance or a short rideshare from our recommended hotels. 

Yes, we just ask that phones are on silent during the ceremony. 

 The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30 p.m. to allow ample time for seating. 

California summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.
